Our Services
- We’re here to help online and by phone.
- Our service plans are personalized to meet your needs.
- Specific details of each plan are provided upon sign-up.
Payments and Discounts
- Transparent Pricing: You’ll know all costs upfront. Some plans may have non-refundable fees for configuration.
- Easy Payments: Payments are due at the start of your plan, with fixed costs throughout your plan activation.
- Exclusive Discounts: Ongoing clients and subscriptions are eligible for outstanding deals.
- Credit Card Payments: Ensure your payment details are up to date to prevent disruptions.
Renewals & Refunds
- Renewals: Unless canceled, monthly plans automatically renew. Manual renewal is required for other plans.
- Refunds: Complete refunds are offered within 30 days if there are no issues. After 30 days, refunds are assessed individually.

Support and Communication
- Working Hours: Support is available Monday through Saturday, 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM. Emergency assistance options are also available.
- Service Requests: Requests can be made in person, by phone, or online. Digital requests are processed the next working day.
Maintenance
- Approval First: Maintenance begins only after your approval.
- Timeline: Most fixes take up to 10 business days.
- Parts & Costs: Replacing parts may incur additional costs.
Software & Warranty
- Official Software Only: Ensure you have licensed software. Pirated applications are not supported.
- Hardware Replacements: We provide manufacturer-backed warranties and use high-quality reconditioned components.
Your Responsibilities
- Keep your account secure and update your details as needed.
- Submit claims within three months to ensure they are valid.
What’s Not Covered?
- Certain printer problems or misuse fall outside our service scope.
- We are not responsible for goods or services provided by third parties.
Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for infractions or other reasons.
