If there are no issues, we provide a complete refund for subscription-based programs during the first 30 days. Refunds won't be issued if any problems are fixed. If the printer problem is still unresolved and meets the needs of the refund policy, you can get a refund for incident-based procedures within 30 days following your last try.
After Prints Expert emails you to confirm your order, your service plans are active. Any services that are not rendered as a result of order denials are not our responsibility.
By using chat, email, or remote access, Undertaking Prints Expert seeks to address your problems. After remote access sessions, no software will be left on your device, though it might keep certain summary files.
Service plan payments must be made in advance. Recurring plans could include extra activation fees, and annual plans need full payment up front. Unless otherwise indicated, fees are not refundable.
You permit Prints Expert to charge you for services by using your credit card. To prevent further fees, please change your payment information as soon as possible.
Any third-party services that Prints Expert recommends must be conceded with. Account termination may occur if these terms are broken.
The services are offered "as is," with no assurances or warranties attached. A limited 7-day guarantee for software redownloads or service reperformance may be included in some plans.
Only the sum paid for the contested plan is the Prints Expert's responsibility. The deadline for submitting claims is three months.
If agreements are broken or services become unprofitable, Prints Expert retains the right to suspend or discontinue services.
The remaining terms will still be in force even if any of them are void. Our rights are not waived when agreements are not upheld.
You might not be able to access the goods or services mentioned on the Prints Expert website in your area. This does not qualify as an offer with limited services.
